Early Identification Early Intervention Outreach
This program offers a 20-week school-based therapeutic program for children ages 6-8 and their families who reside in South Halton. This is an early identification and early intervention outreach program. This program is for children who are showing signs of significant social, emotional and/or behavioural problems and are experiencing some difficulty in the school setting and/or at home. This program offers families an opportunity to build on their strengths, skills and relationships.

- peer relationships
- individualized educational plan
- individual and family counselling
- parenting strategies and support
- recreational activities
