Registration Timeline
- Early Bird on or before Feb 29, 2012 (with full payment)
- Regular Registration will be applied after Feb 29, 2012 (with full payment)
- On-site registration: Please call 24 hours prior to the conference to ensure that it has not sold out
- Registration fee includes continental breakfasts, breaks and buffet lunches on the day(s) you have registered.
*Last Day to register is March 29, 2012
Registrations are accepted on a full-payment, first-come, first serve basis only. A $15.00 charge will be applied to NSF cheques.
If you are unable to attend the conference, contact us by phone or email to either designate an alternate or to request a refund. Refunds (minus a $50.00 administration fee) will be given up to March 10, 2012. No refunds will be given after this date.
