All registration is done through Woodview Learning Centre’s Administrative office. Please contact the office directly if you require assistance or clarification on any of the information regarding registration.

Eligibility
Potential students with ASD smust meet the following criteria:
- ages 5 to 15
- verification of the autism diagnosis and all relevant assessment information
- reasonable verbal communication skills, without severe behavioural problems
- an ability to be maintained in the classroom setting within the staffing resources (4:1) and in the presence of other students
- ability to work in a group, using the Ontario Curriculum (K to 8)
- Please contact the office if your child requires 1:1 support as LIMITED fee based 1:1 support is available
Students will be required to meet the same health standards that are required in the public education system (i.e. required immunizations, non-attendance when ill with a communicable disease). Parents will be required to provide a complete medical history for the student, and they will be required to sign an authorization for the administration of all prescribed medications.

Registration Fees
The annual tuition fee for Woodview Learning Centre is $22,000. (Specialized 2:1 and 1:1 fees are $35,000 and $45,000 respectively and spaces are limited – please contact the office)
Upon registration and prior to the commencement of every school year, Woodview makes annual financial commitments, on your behalf, to your child’s teachers. Woodview also makes purchases of educational materials, supplies and equipment that are necessary to provide the course of study, as outlined by the Ministry of Education. Therefore, a first and last month deposit is required upon acceptance for admission. The deposit is non-refundable and is credited to the first tuition payment in September and the last tuition payment in June.
Tuitions cheques, in the amount of $2,200, are dated the first of each month. Post-dated cheques for the remainder of the school year (October 1 and May 1 and made payable to WOODVIEW ) are due two weeks prior to the beginning of school.
Notice of Withdrawal
A two month written notice of withdrawal, detailing reasons for withdrawal, is required. In order for Woodview to mitigate some of the financial commitments made on your behalf, the first and last month tuition deposit is non-refundable.
Supplemental Fees

Due the first two weeks of School:

- Graduation and School Yearbook ($50)
Paid Throughout the School Year:
- Extended trips/activities, when applicable
Optional:
- After school care at the rate of $10 per hour, will be invoiced once per month. (Hours of day care are from 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm)
Sponsorship Plan
Woodview has made provisions for tuition assistance to a limited number of families of proven need. The Sponsorship Plan is designed to help families of low income and/or those experiencing temporary financial hardships to keep their children in school. The amount of tuition assistance available to families is determined by each family’s individual situation, the overall number of requests and the available funds.
